Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined per product or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content provided
You will provide required platform access in a timely manner
You are responsible for compliance with advertising, email, and SMS regulations related to your business

3. No Guarantees

NB Net Marketing LLC makes no guarantees regarding results, rankings, leads, revenue, or ROI. Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Services may include monthly subscriptions, one-time services, and setup fees
Refunds are case-by-case only and not guaranteed
Chargebacks initiated without prior written dispute may result in immediate service suspension and additional fees

5. Chargeback Protection

By purchasing services, you agree to first contact NB Net Marketing LLC to resolve billing disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, processes, systems, templates, and strategies developed by NB Net Marketing LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.
